THE ENTIRE LINE BRAUN 8000 is outstanding. IT offers a very good smooth shave. I only have two problems with it. First, the $ 40. 2000 PRICE for the replacement foil & cutter. SECOND BROWN said that the expected life of the film & CUTTER 18 months. In my experience, the foil & CUTTER lasted only nine months I had to get a replacement. What have they done? TEST the shaver BLOND Smooth skin young. ALL in all I am very satisfied with the Braun 8995 Foil & CUTTER MODEL. COMPARISON TO, which is currently on the market it is the best. The foil and cutter block were exactly as described, but Amazon sent me an empty box with a different customer packing slip inside. Customer service had trouble expalining this event and the situation had become a Customer Service Supervisor, who finally sent me the item I ordered escalates. Amazon was able to explain how I sent a stranger packing list for a “hydraulic pump” to receive me in an empy box. At least they have fixed the problem with courtesy. Rating: 5.5
