I like the knife in diameter, but with only two legs, I take a little longer to get a close shave of which I want (about 5 + minutes). My previous Panasonic shaver linear leaves were 3 that I think is always a quick shave. Otherwise, it gives a close shave. . . and I love the timer and the percentage of charge remaining indicators. I used this shaver for about a month. Replaced a Panasonic shaver soon as I had for about three years (no battery!). loads very quiet, cuts well and quickly. The shaving head is wider than my previous version, if not within the “squeeze” the ancients did my areas. Never tried wet shaving yet. Continue to recommend this shaver as it does the job quickly and well. A quick update. 12/12/09. Do not buy this razor! All that has stopped working. I’m so sick and tired of the redemption of such expensive razors that drop too soon. Do not waste your money. Buy a decent cheap razor and get your money’s worth. Panasonic thank you very much!
