I ordered this shaver to replace my Panasonic ES4815, which finally died after 6 years of use, and often fall in the shower. I was so happy with it I ordered this model to replace it (including battery power 2-AA). My Amazon. com purchase has been shipped and sold by AntOnline. Currently there are over 30 days since I sent AntOnline shipping information and tracking number. I had problems with the service you use to send my purchase (UPS Mail innovations). This UPS offers its package to a post office, which is then supposed to deliver to your home. Not working for me since I am a mailbox, and not in my mail box address. The tracking number never showed any trace information. I said he could not AntOnline apply for 21 days, I finally make the 8 / 25. I was told that UPS Mail innovations had 7 days to deliver my package, or had lost. AntOnline said that if not delivered, that my payment will be refunded. It’s been several days that my refund should have been issued, so I contacted AntOnline today (9 / 4), and received a response. . Amazon has been notified of your refund to be repaid outstanding and its policies. I have not been able to locate the Amazon compensation policies related to items that were not received. I’m going to give the process an additional 7 days and we expect the credit to appear on my credit card. All that being said. . Never in all that is delivered and sold AntOnline (I realize that Amazon now shows this item is shipped and sold by J & R Music). It is a little less “right.” Every time I used it, I lose some hair, but there was always a shade of below 5. This is not good at 7:30. It’s better than having a razor, however. Fortunately, I have another. Rating: 2 / 5
